As a farmer’s wife I’ve always loved using my hands, getting out into the country, and enjoying the sights and scenes that surround us. I'd been making candles for personal use since 2012, but after the birth of our second child in 2014, I decided to make a career out of crafting, and with that spark of inspiration, Mrs Farmer’s Candles was born.

It was amazing to think that months of tinkering and experimenting with waxes and wicks had led to something people would love to have in their homes. 

Everything is done right here on our family farm in the heart of Norfolk, and there’s no better place in the world to get creative. We work in small batches, do everything by hand, and take the time to get things just perfect. It’s how things used to be made with love and care all those years ago, so we thought, why change things?
