Shipping & Delivery

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Mrs Farmers Candles

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

All orders are shipped 2nd Class at a flat rate of £4.99.   

For customers who live locally we offer a collect in person option.  Please note if you select the 'collect in person' your order will not be shipped to you and you will need to arrange to come and collect your order at a mutually convenient time (please contact us to arrange this).   

All orders are dispatched in the order they are received during our business hours being Monday to Friday.  All delivery times are calculated from date of dispatch.

Please note all delivery time frames quoted are intended as a guide only - no service offered is based on a guaranteed delivery time basis. 

Please allow additional time when ordering during peak periods or bad weather as these may delay the amount of time it takes your order to reach you.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on the Monday or next business day.
 

lease note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. 

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes and we do not ship Internationally. 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
